Balaji Padmanaban - Co-Founder & Head of Delivery

Balaji has over 20+years overall experience and as Head of Corporate Business Applications for 15+ years driving enterprise IT and business transformation. Balaji specializes in scaling SaaS platforms that include GTM suite like Salesforce, Gainsight etc and Finance tools such as Oracle ERP, SAP S/4 Hana and also HR and legal applications. This includes tools like Workday, ADP, Brightflag etc. Balaji has leveraged AI to deliver business outcomes, like a patent-pending Collections AI engine that he worked on at ZoomInfo. Balaji has stood up Helpdesk or incident management centers globally with cost effective 24X7 coverage. Balaji has built and managed high-performance teams >= 200 across US, India, Israel and beyond, while partnering with C-suite leaders to align technology with strategic goals. Balaji is passionate about using technology to solve employee productivity challenges and other complex challenges to fuel growth.
